The Role

We’re seeking a full-time permanent physiotherapist to take on an established community caseload. You’ll work with a wide range of clients including NDIS participants, aged care clients, and post-op rehabilitation patients.

• Start date: within 2-3 weeks (Can be flexible)
• Employment Type: Permanent Full time - With flexible hours!
• Location: Western Sydney Catchment - Primary around Parramatta
• Caseload: 28- 30 billable hours per week (45-minute appointments)
• Clients: NDIS, aged care, post-op rehab
• Work style: Community-based, with the flexibility to complete documentation from home during work hours. You’ll manage your own schedule as long as your caseload is met.

• Salary up to $110,000 + Super (based on experience)
• Bonus incentives for every client seen beyond your benchmark
• Weekly car allowance added to your pay

• Option to work as a Subcontractor on ABN - Different rates apply (please inquire)
